The Liberal State Graduate Nurse (IDEL) works as a nurse on his own account, offering personalized and home health care to patients requiring regular medical care. Care may include injections, bandages, blood draws, wound treatments, wound treatments, palliative care, health advice, etc. IDEL works closely with doctors, pharmacies, laboratories, and other health care providers to provide comprehensive care that is tailored to the individual needs of each patient.

Main responsibilities:

• Perform nursing care adapted to the needs of each patient at home
• Assess and monitor patients' health status and report results to treating physicians
• Prescribe medications and perform treatments according to medical prescriptions
• Establish personalized care plans for each patient and ensure their implementation
• Educating patients about health care, treatments, and disease prevention
• Maintain patient medical records and records of care provided
• Work closely with doctors, pharmacists, laboratories, and other health care providers to provide comprehensive care
• Manage the administrative aspects of your liberal activity, such as calendar management, billing and accounting.

Education and experience required:

• State Diploma in Nursing
• Enrollment in the Order of Nurses
• Previous professional experience as a nurse in a hospital setting or in a private practice is a plus
• Additional training in palliative care or chronic pathologies is a plus

The hourly rate of a Liberal State Graduate Nurse (IDEL) varies according to the geographical region and experience. On average, the rate used by Onestaff's partner establishments is €50.00 excluding tax/hour.
