Job description:
The room crew is responsible for maintaining and cleaning hotel rooms, suites, or vacation apartments. He works in a team under the supervision of a team leader or supervisor. It ensures that rooms are ready for guests to arrive, providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. It must also respect the hotel's standards in terms of cleanliness and quality of service.
Main responsibilities:
- Cleaning and maintenance: The room crew is responsible for the daily cleaning of hotel rooms, including the replacement of sheets and towels, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning the bathrooms.
- Replenishment: The room partner must ensure that the rooms are fully stocked with welcome supplies, toilet paper, towels and clean sheets.
- Follow-up of complaints: The room crew member must report any damage or defect to the room or equipment and inform the team leader or supervisor for the necessary repairs.
- Collaboration: The room crew member must collaborate with other members of the hotel team to ensure guest satisfaction and compliance with hotel standards.
- Safety: The room crew member must follow hotel safety protocols and report suspicious behavior to hotel security.

Remuneration:
The hourly rate of a Room Crew varies according to the geographical region and experience. On average, the rate used by Onestaff's partner establishments is €16.00 excluding tax/hour.
