• Record keeping: The cashier must keep accurate records of transactions made and funds collected, and be able to balance the cash register at the end of the day.
• Cleaning: The cashier should ensure that the checkout area is clean and tidy.

A Cashier's hourly rate varies depending on geographic region and experience. On average, the rate used by Onestaff's partner establishments is €14.00 excluding tax/hour.
