The coffee maker is responsible for managing a café or similar establishment, such as a bar, brasserie, or restaurant. He is responsible for preparing and distributing hot and cold drinks, as well as managing inventory and supervising staff.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, such as coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and fruit juices.
- Manage stocks of drinks, food, and supplies, and place orders when needed.
- Ensuring quality service to customers, ensuring that tables are clean and that customers are happy with their experience.
- Manage staff schedules, complete work schedules and ensure the training of new employees.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards, as well as the maintenance of equipment and premises.
- Manage cash transactions and cash receipts.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, partners, and other professionals in the hotel and restaurant industry.

Remuneration:
The hourly rate of a Cafetiere varies according to the geographical region and experience. On average, the rate used by Onestaff's partner establishments is €16.00 excluding tax/hour.
