The 3-axis beauty animator is responsible for promoting and selling beauty products in a retail environment. She needs to have a thorough knowledge of beauty products, makeup techniques, skin care, and fragrances to help customers find the products that work best for them.

Main responsibilities:

• Promote and sell beauty products in a retail environment
• Use sales and communication techniques to help customers find products that meet their needs
• Give advice on beauty products, makeup techniques, and skin care to help customers reach their beauty goals.
• Conduct beauty product demonstrations and makeup applications for customers.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and personal presentation at all times.
• Work with the marketing team to understand the characteristics and benefits of beauty products and to develop effective promotion strategies.

Skills required:

• Significant work experience as a beauty animator or in a similar position.
• In-depth knowledge of beauty products, makeup techniques, skin care, and fragrances.
• Outstanding sales and communication skills to help customers find products that fit their needs.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing work environments.
• Ability to interact with various types of audiences including customers, guests, and business partners.

Education and experience required:

• A background in aesthetics, professional makeup, or sales is generally required for this position.
• A background in perfumery is a plus.

Remuneration:

The hourly rate of a 3-Axis Beauty Facilitator varies according to the geographical region and experience. On average, the rate used by Onestaff's partner establishments is €22.00 excluding tax/hour.
