He or she works closely with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and high-quality food production for restaurant menus, catering establishments, and canteens.
Main responsibilities:
- Preparation of various types of dishes, such as staples, soups, salads, and side dishes
- Cleaning and cutting vegetables, fruits and meat to prepare them for cooking
- Follow-up of recipes and instructions to ensure consistency and quality of prepared food
- Use of kitchen equipment such as blenders, choppers, and ovens
- Compliance with hygiene and food safety standards in food preparation
- Management of food stocks and orders of products necessary for food preparation
- Collaboration with other kitchen staff to ensure all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Skills required:
- Good knowledge of basic cooking techniques

The hourly rate of a Multi-Purpose Kitchen Agent varies according to geographic region and experience. On average, the rate used by Onestaff's partner establishments is €16.00 excluding tax/hour.
